A Student’s vision for the future
A lot of people believe that I am a person who wants to impose himself in his envisionment with ideas that older people must speak about I don’t want to do that because I’m a student who is looking for a sunny future , I’m looking for haw to arrow there’s no people who don’t know reading and writing account and how to use the computer , I’m a student who is the victim of very how degree of education , I’m the victim of these no professional conscience teachers with all my respects for very teachers has a message to tell .
I’m just looking for same teachers who care about the program they should finish but they care about the student knowledge level , our teachers are pressed by the controllers but they have to be in education teachers,directors,studen’t,we should all stand up stand up together and we have try or find absolution that makes our brains in a serious cooption with open minds, we was the real source of knowledge but with our look for the Arabic desert and I say desert and insist we are search for “who is more stupid” and excuse me for this expression but really , we don’t look for the high lest minds just we look behind our backs and we try how back there places.
NO!!! , we have to think again , we weren’t born to give our historical for occidentals ,It’s our divination ,we are muscleman’s , we need to protect our accomplishments and add new discovers and more realization, scientific realization to ensure to the world that we Arabic people , we were born in desert , between the camels as they say but we have open minds for knowledge and for making critical and building our own society which will have the other word humans in by making them love Islam and like to be musical man and live with no fear and no poverty , we all live in peace and equality.

Friendship
Friendship is the relationship relating two friends or more . It brings about a wonderful feeling .
Friends in our life like the scent of magic . They turn darkness ao a little piece of heaven .
So, in my opinion , it’s a mirage when we don’t have friends , also , it’s hard to be strong enough without someone to learn on . Certainly , we can’t enjoy bour life without them and that for many reasons .
First , sometimes it’s not easy to live life and face the world especially when we feel discouraged and like it’s all crushing down and all want you to give up and lie down . So we’ll need somebody to turn to help , here friends will be with us , in our darkest moment and they will help us through problems .
Second , Friendship is a bridge if we are hopeless . When we think hope is lost , when we are sad and we can’t restore and hold on , friends shine and remove us from darkness to brightness and they hurry up and wipe our tears .
Finaaly , to cry with someone is more healing than crying alone . As opposed to that , it’s better to have a person who share with you not only your sorrows but also your happiness .
Friends are true blessing in this world , and I’m ona among who find their peace anf freedom while being with a friend who lends his hand and stays by his sides .

Monday midnight
It was Monday midnight , in the winter , the teacher finished the lesson a little bit late and not as usual , so because of that I missed the bus . To come quickly to the next station , I decided to take a shortcut which cross the cemetery .
When I reached the town cemetery , I opened the iron big door and i came in . From that moment I started imagining things , I was really afraid , it was so horrible to walk between graves in the darkness , feeling cold and just walking in the rain … There was no moon , no stars , no light and no hope . I was buried alive but I didn’t have any option .
Of course whatever happens you’ll never even imagine yourself in my place …… .Suddenly I started seeing things , I saw a black zombies right behind me , may be it was just a full crazy feelings but I swear I saw that . … I murmured “ keep calm , stay quiet , don’t look around you are just imagining that’s all , it’s just an imagination .”
But the worst thing is that I started hearing voices , it seemed like somebody was following my steps or maybe it was a bell ring ; I just couldn’t make a distinction . So to forget about it , I started singing following the tune melody of my strong heart beats , I don’t even remember what were the words at that time .
Finally I ran out of the exit , then I knew that the voices I heard came from the green and the flowers which were dancing down the music of the wind .

Maria Montessorri
Maria Montessorri was born in 1870 in Italy she is considerd as the first revolutionary woman in education .
Before Maria, coming to class was boring ,pupils didn’t want to study because teachers punished them all the time they didn’t understand the lesson , they learnt them by heart. But with the coming of Maria .
Everything changed , everything was be hitter. Acceding to her teachers push puppies to discover things , to understand and not to learn things, and to learn and to learn through playing , learning lessons for bidden and this made pupils love school and veiling to came to the class.What Maria Montessorri did was not applied only in her period . now teachers are obliged to use her ideas in their schools.

FAMILY PROBLEMS AND TEENAGERS
Nowadays teenagers have problems with their fan lies .the relationship be wean them is becoming more and worse.
Myself like any teenager I have so many problem with my family. My father didn’t allow me to go out with my friends and to return late .I’m obliged to come back to my house at 8 o’clock or it will be the hell. He refuses to give me the freedom I need das a teenager, he thinks that I’ m still young to take care of myself fund to rely on myself too. My mother is very strict; she always tries now my secrets. As my friends, persons I call and the things I write in my diaries. Her behavior make me feel embarrassed and nervous .
But I think that my parents saved me from many problems for this reasons sometimes when I think about them. I can understand why they treat me in like that.
Impaired children to need more help
Education is a basic right for all children . But children with special needs or impaired children face so many problems when they want to go to school .
Impaired children are those children having problems in their sights , hearing , learning and behavior . Normal schools do not accept them , and if they do they have many problems .So , they need special schools or ‘SPED’ which provides education to impaired children and they have special programs and special strategies .
They need teachers who understand them , be careful to them , and help them to overcome their difficulties . They also need programs that go with their intelligence .
Although , governments provide impaired children with special schools and facilities , so many impaired
children in rural areas couldn’t go to ‘ SPED’ because these schools exist only in towns .

People always dream to have a good job because jobs are means of having a good material situation and achieving success .
Personally I prefer being a clerk or a white collar worker . Clerks have so many advantages . They have holiday to relax and entertain themselves . They have also good statute in society People call them “Mr. “ or “Mrs. “
They are also respected by others . Clerks also have fixed salaries and this give them a sense of security . They have also fixed hours ; they usually work for 8 hours and go back to their homes . Clerks also can be promoted in their jobs .
For the following reasons I want to be a clerk and not a manual worker .

Dropping out of schools
Pupils dropping out of school isn’t only a local problems , So many pupils in Arabic countries , in African countries ,and even in some European countries like France and Germany leave their schools at an early age to look for a job .
Pupil’s reasons for stopping their education are uncountable . The most important reason is poverty ; Pupils leave schools because they don’t have money or they want to earn some . The second reason is that they hate lessons and studies .Third , there are objective reasons like long distances between schools and homes or natural catastrophes or wars , and also customs and traditions that prevent parents from sending their daughters to the schools .
The only feeling that those pupils share is regret , because real world or life isn’t like what they expected or dreamt of . Because of their low education they couldn’t find a good job and usually they find themselves in streets ; so they feel desperate and disappointed .

Childhood is the most innocent stage in a human life. It is that phase of life where a child is free from all the tensions, fun-loving, play and learns new things, and is the sweetheart of all the family members. But this is only one side of the story. The other side is full of tensions and burdens. Here, the innocent child is not the sweetheart of the family members, instead he is an earning machine working the entire day in order to satisfy the needs and wants of his/her family. This is what is called 'CHILD LABOUR'. There are various causes and effects of child labour. Eliminating child labour is one of the biggest challenges that the whole world is facing.

The main causes of child labor include poverty, unemployment, and excess population. Among these, poverty is the primary cause of child labour. You must have observed that poor families have more number of children, so it becomes very difficult for them to survive on the income of only one family member which is also quite less. So they make their small children their source of income. They make their children work in factories, shops, even selling items on streets. Some parents even carry infants on the streets to earn money from begging.
There are many cases of child labor where a child has to work against the repayment of a loan which was taken by his father who was unable to pay it off. This is called as 'bonded child labour'. Bonded child labor normally happens in villages. Such children work like slaves in order to pay the loan taken. Not only poor families, but some well established business families also put their children into business at a quite young age instead of making them complete their education.

This is my career
Since my childhood , I’ve dreamt of being a famous and successful singer, but my family didn’t allow me to do it pretending that fame is dangerous and can even destroy one’s life . So , I found it difficult to achieve my dream without my family’s satisfaction . I really was desperate and hopeless , and I tried to forget about it and care just of my studies .
At my first school year , my teachers discovered my talent and were so interested in my fabulous tone as they said . They tried to persuade my parents to smooth my gifts . And by time , I started singing and dancing at my school parties . when I grew up , I would I like to enter art life from the big door . I’ve made a close bond with capital prophet records band and started preparing my first album which was composed of 15 solo singles and collaborations . A few months later , I made my first video clip that was very successful . I’ve made many fans around the world in spite of the difficulties I faced in producing the video and the album as well .
Now my dream is to visit all the world and make people know who I am . Today also I will give a hand to poor people and help them to improve their lives and their conditions . By the way , I have already specialized some of my wealth as a charity for those who are in need .
Finally those who want to follow my steps must be patient , work hard and never give up because fame requires hard work and sacrifice .
There comes a time in life when you have to let go off all the pointless drama and the people who create it and surround yourself with people who make you laugh so hard ao that you forget the bad moments and focus solely an the good things . After all , life is too short to be anything but happy !

أوتيك.. ظلم التاريخ وضبابية المستقبل
كما هكذا، يظلم التاريخ أو يظلم، كما هكذا تصرخ أريان النائمة: (أنقذني يا كاتون، فبمبيوس يريد المذبحة، أنقذني، فما هرقل إلا تمثالجامد.). يبتسم كاتون، وينتحر رفضا للاستسلام.
أوتيك التاريخ،حضارة منسية
أوتيك، أو أوتيكا أو بالأحرى أوتيقا كما ورد في المؤلف المنسوب لأرسطو "وليوس باتركولوس" . مدينة أسست حسب نفس الفيلسوف في القرن الثاني عشر قبل الميلاد وتحديدا سنة 1101 ق م. أي بعد تأسيس مدينة قادش بإسبانيا سنة 1110 ق م من قبل الفينيقيين، سكان مدينة صور. فكانت أوتيك مرفأ تجاريا يسهل حمايته لوجوده في مضيق غار الملح، مما يسهل محاربة القراصنة باستعمال المنجنيق. فترة فينيقية-بونيةتظهر في الجرار الموجودة بمتحف أوتيك، والمقابر الموجودة بالمنطقة الأثرية التي حافظت على عديد الأثاث الجنائزي.
ولكن، وبعد مرورما يناهز الثلاثمائة سنة، أسس الفينيقيون مدينة قرطاج، التي عاشت ازدهارا اقتصادياوسياسيا وثقافيا، جعل دور أوتيك يتقلص منذ أواخر القرن السادس قبل الميلاد، لتصبح مدينة خاضعة إلى قرطاج مع المحافظة على رتبة مميزة بالمقارنة مع المدن الإفريقيةالأخرى. وتروي الأسطورة وجود نفق يربط بين المدينتين، لم يتم الكشف عنه إلى غايةاليوم. تبعية تواصلت إلى حدود سنة 149 ق م. أي عند انطلاق الحرب الرومانية-البونيةالثالثة، حين صارت أوتيك حليفة لروما وتنكرت لقرطاج، بعد أن كانت حليفتها في الحربين الأوليين (الحرب الأولى 264-241 ق.م، والحرب الثانية 218-202 ق.م). وفازت روما وصارت أوتيك مدينة حرة مكافأة من الرومان، وأصبحت عاصمة للمقاطعة الرومانيةبشمال إفريقيا.
في سنة 49 ق.م شاركت أوتيكا في الحرب الأهلية التي واجه فيها أنصار يوليوس قيصر أتباع بومبيوس. وكان "كاتون" الأوتيكي متحمس البومبيوس ولكنه عارض في مناسبتين المذبحة التي كاد يتعرض لها أهالي أوتيك من قبل هذا الثائر بسبب انحيازهم لقيصر. ثم انتحر كاتون ليدخل باب التاريخ أو الأسطورة.
مكافأة أخرى لأهالي أوتيك، وهذه المرة من قبل أوكتافيوس الذي منحهم المواطنة سنة 36 ق.م. وبقيت مركز إقامة بروقنصل إفريقيا إلى حوالي 10ق.م.
ولكن، كما كل مرة تظهر الدابة السوداء لأوتيكا، قرطاج،التي وقعت إعادة بنائها، ففقدت أوتيك قيمتها الأولية. رغم أنها، وفي عهد حكم الإمبراطور هدريانوس أصبحت تحظى بمرتبة مستوطنة. وشيد بها هذا الروماني ملعباومسرحا ثانيا وحماما كبيرا والحنايا. مسارح عدة يعد أحدها أكبر مسرح في إفريقيا.
ثم، وفي عهد الإمبراطور سبتميوس سفريوس (193-211 م) منحت أراضي أوتيكا صفة الأراضي "الإيطالية" مع كل ما يمثل ذلك من امتياز اتكا لإعفاء من الضرائب.
"ظهرت بوادر انتشار المسيحية لدى سكان أوتيكا منذأواسط القرن الثالث ميلادي. وقد تضاءلت الشواهد الأثرية والتاريخية انطلاقا من القرن الخامس ميلادي. ولم تترك الفترتين الوندالية والبيزنطية أثرا كبيرا".
هكذا تقول كتيبات وكالة إحياء التراث والتنمية الثقافية،ولكن هل تم الحفر في بقية المدينة التي قدّرها المؤرخون بخمسة وأربعين هكتارا؟ أم أنهماستندوا فقط على الأربعة هكتارات ونصف التي أعطوها حق الحياة والخروج من تحت أتربةالزمن؟
أوتيك القرن العشرين أو أوتيك “الحزام الأخضر”
"وادي مجردة يا باعث الحياة"، هكذا قال "ماركو"،أحد المعمرين الإيطاليين، صاحب مزرعة بأوتيك، هكذا فهم المستعمرون قيمة المنطقة،بأراضيها الرسوبية الباعثة للحياة بعد ابتعاد البحر حوالي 15 كيلومترا. وبوجود ماءوادي مجردة الذي حول أوتيك إلى حزام أخضر.
وهكذا استقر بها عديد المعمرين كــ "زانا" أو"zana "صاحبة الخمارة. والتي أطلق اسمها على المنطقة حتى بعد رحيلها ، لتتحول "أوتيك الحضارة" أوتيك الفينيقيين، أوتيك الرومان، أوتيك الوندال والبيزنطيين إلى "زهانة" مواصلة لظلم التاريخ.
ورغم هذا كان لأوتيك دور في طرد الاستعمار. حيث قال عمخميس الطرابلسي، رحمه الله: "كنا نمرر خيوط الهاتف وسط الحشائش ليتمكن الجيش التونسي من التواصل" ويروي البعض، أن "منصور الخباز " كان أحدالموالين للمستعمر، وجد مشنوقا بإحدى الشجرات قرب الموقع الأثري بأوتيك. وهكذا رفع أول علم تونسي بولاية بنزرت بمركز الحرس الوطني بـ"زهانة".
وكانت النتيجة أن تم تأسيس معتمدية أوتيك سنة 1967،وكانت منطقة عوسجة وغار الملح تتبعان إداريا لنفس المعتمدية.
في عهد الرئيس السابق "الحبيب بورقيبة" تم بناء منطقة سكنية تبعد قرابة الكيلومترين عن المنطقة الأثرية، وكانت الأراضي هباتفرط فيها المنتفعون من خروج الاستعمار لولاية بنزرت. التي وهبتها بدورهاللمتساكنين، دون أن تكون للولاية حجة ملكية لها، مما أدى إلى أن أغلب المتساكنين لايملكون شهادة ملكية في منازلهم إلى حد اليوم.
أوتيك وبن علي: "من باعني ماءمجردة لآكل، فكأنه باعني الهواء لأتنفس"
سرق التاريخ، نقله إلى متاحف أخرى، حول التحف إلى أحواض للورود، باع ماء وادي مجردة للفلاحين الصغار، فصارت أوتيك بعد "الحزام الأخضر" ، "مستنقعا".
هكذا يمكن تلخيص فترة حكم بن علي، وتأثيرها في مدينةأوتيك. ففي آخر سنوات حكمه بنى قصرا في مرتفعات الحويض التي تبعد 5 كيلومترات عن أوتيك، ليكون مكان النقاهة بعد العمليات المتعددة التي أجراها. فصار القصر متلألئ بالأضواء، طيلة السنة، بينماتسبح أوتيك في الظلام،
بنى دار شباب، دون تجهيزات، ونسي المكتبة العمومية، أوتناساها. فكانت مرتعا للفئران. بنى معهدا دون سور لحماية التلاميذ، ووهبه ميزانيةلا تكفي لإطعام التلاميذ المقيمين.
وصار ماء واديمجردة كالذهب، حيث منع استغلاله على الفلاحين، وبيع لهم بأثمان مشطة، مما أدى إلى هجر العمل الفلاحي، وبيع الأراضي والتحول إلى يد عاملة صناعية، فصارت أوتيك قاحلة.رغم أن السلطات لم تتدخل في هذا الوادي ذي المجرى الطبيعي، حيث لم تتم إقامة سدعلى مستوى منطقة أوتيك، ولا يتم تنظيفه دوريا مما أدى إلى عديد الفيضانات التي تضررت منها المساكن والأراضي. فبأي حق يباع الماء؟ حيث يقول نور الدين الأعتر، أحدمتساكني أوتيك: "من باعني ماء مجردة لآكل، فكأنه باعني الهواء لأتنفس"
وبقيت أوتيك معتمدية، بينما صارت عوسجة وغار الملح مناطق بلدية، حيث تعلل المسؤولون بالتعداد السكاني، متناسين بأن عديد المناطق صارت بلديات دون أن يكون بها الخمسة آلاف ساكن.
وهكذا يحس أهالي أوتيك، رغم ما وهبهم الرومان من اهتمام ومن حق في المواطنة، بأنهم ليسوا بمواطنين، ولا يمتون للشعب التونسي بصلة، بسبب مالحقهم من تهميش من قبل السلطات.
أوتيك المستقبل وضبابية الأوضاع
بنية تحتية غائبة أو تكاد، وضعية عقارية مجهولة المعالم،بعض المجموعات السكنية كعمادة البسباسية تفتقر للماء الصالح للشراب، ...مستنقع مظلم ... هذه هي معتمدية أوتيك أو مدخل ولاية بنزرت في الوضع الراهن. إلى درجة تدفع المتساكنين إلى التساؤل: هل نحن حقا تونسيون؟ فحتى كراء السوق الأسبوعي الذي يتجاوز المائة ألف دينار سنويا تنتفع منه ولاية بنزرت ولا تمدّ المعتمدية إلا بالفتات منه. رغم إستراتيجية موقع أوتيك،أكبر معتمدية في ولاية بنزرت، بما أنها تتوسط الطريق الوطنية عدد 8 والرابط بين تونس وبنزرت، وقربها من البحر على مستوى مدينة رفراف وغار الملح، رغم آثارهامتعددة الحضارات، ورغم أراضيها الثرية المفتقرة لماء الري المحبوس في وادي مجردة.
هكذا، يكتب التاريخ على أوتيك أن تتوه تحت أتربة الزمن،وأن تكون مرتعا للفضلات... أن تكون مستنقعا مظلما.
منطقة البسباسيةوالماء الصالح للشراب
سنة 2012 وبعض المناطق بالجمهورية التونسية لا تزال تفتقر للماء الصالح للشراب، منها منطقة البسباسية من معتمدية أوتيك. ورغم ذلك نرى أموالا طائلة تصرف على الأنشطة الثقافية في العاصمة وعديد المدن الكبرى. فماالأولى؟ أن تسقي مواطنا ماءا حرم منه، أم أن تلهي الشعب بأنشطة تدعمها الدولة بعشرات الملايين من الدينارات؟
أراض سقوية تفتقرلماء الري
يقول عادل الهمامي، صاحب أرض زراعية: " غريب أمر السلطات، فماء مجردة يمر حذو قطعة الأرضالصغيرة التي أقتات منها أنا وكل عائلتي، ولكن ورغم أنه لم يتدخل أحد على مستوى معتمدية أوتيك في الوادي، فلا سدا أقيم، فإننا نضطر لدفع كل أموالنا لنتمكن من الري، وحتى إن تمكنا من ذلك بتوفير المال بالعمل في مناطق أخرى فإن الماء لا يكفى مما أدى إلى انسداد أغلب الشبكات." هكذا تصبح أوتيك منطقة قاحلة رغم أنهاكانت تسمى في ما مضى "الحزام الأخضر".
عمل ثقافي معدم
قليلة هي المرافق الثقافية بمعتمدية أوتيك، فان لم نذكردار الشباب أحمد المشرقي التي تفتقر للتجهيزات الضرورية للسير العادي للنشاط حيث يقول السيد سليم النابلي مدير دار الشباب : " تتمثل أكبر مشاكلنا في ضعف الميزانية، التي لا تكفي حتى لطلاء الجدران الخارجية والسور، فما بالك إن أردنااقتناء وحدة صوتية متكاملة أو معدات موسيقية أو حواسب أو تجهيزات لنادي المسرح،هذه التجهيزات التي طالما احتجنا إليها وراسلنا الإدارات المختصة ولكننا لم نتلقى أي ردّ. أضف إلى ذلك انعدام السيولة المالية للقيام بإصلاحات صغيرة. أما ما يقلقني أكثر فهو ارتفاع السور الذي يعتبر غير كاف لحماية المؤسسة. رغم ذلك فإننا نحاول التعامل مع الأوضاع بإنشاء راديو واب خاص بمنطقة أوتيك". أو المكتبة العمومية بأوتيك التي، كمكتبة"للأطفال" ، تفتقر لعديد المراجع حيث أن الشاب وخاصة الطالب لا يجد بين جدرانها المتداعية ما يلبي حاجياته الفكرية. فلا أنشطة أو فضاءات أخرى تذكر.
بنية تحتية غائبة أوتكاد
طرقات تذكرك بالمنطقة الأثرية بحفرها، فضلات أينما ذهبت،حشائش تغطي جدران المباني. والطامة الكبرى: شبكات التطهير غائبة أو تكاد، بحيث أن من يتجول في العديد من شوارع أوتيك يلاقي أمامه الفضلات الإنسانية.
والأدهى هو غياب الإنارة في الشوارع، فالفانوس الذي يكسرلا يعوض بآخر إلا بعد أسابيع أو أشهر.
بالإضافة إلى العديد من المشاكل الأخرى كالنقل، فالشركةالجهوية للنقل ببنزرت لم تستطع طيلة السنوات الماضية تلبية حاجيات النقل الداخلي في الولاية وخاصة بين أوتيك وبقية المناطق، فبعد الساعة الثامنة مساءا تصبح أوتيك سجنا، يستحيل الخروج أو الدخول إليها إلاّ لأصحاب السيارات.
كل هذه العوامل تجعل من معتمدية أوتيك، المنطقةالإستراتيجية في توسطها للطريق بين تونس وبنزرت، في قربها للبحر، في آثارها..."مستنقعا" ، عانى أهاليها، ولازالوا يعانون من التهميش. رغم أن الحلول بسيطة، فعلى الحكومة أن تتحمل مسؤولياتها، بإنشاء بلدية مما يسهل أعمال التنظيف ويساهم في تركيز بنية تحتية. والبحث عن حل جاد لمشكلة التسوية العقارية. خطوات أولى ينتظرها أهالي معتمدية أوتيك، خطوات بإمكانها فتح آفاق عدة لمعتمدية تستطيع الإسهام في العمل الثقافي للبلاد خاصة على مستوى المنطقة الأثرية.
